The inauguration of awards season means that star-studded parties are officially back in full-swing. Celebs got a head start on the Golden Globes weekend at Stefano Tochi’s pre-party last Thursday, where the W editor-in-chief hosted a hotel bash that drew Alexa Chung, Amy Adams, Lupita Nyong’o, Idris Elba, Sofia Coppola, and just about everyone else you can think of. Yesterday, fashion’s favorite teenagers Hailee Steinfeld and Kiernan Shipka donned winter whites to head to the Tory Burch Rodeo Drive Flagship Opening, while Reese Witherspoon and Julianne Hough joined Drew Barrymore to celebrate the launch of her new book of heart-shaped photography. Meanwhile, members of the fashion set who weren’t at Stella McCartney’s Monday night soiree graced Karen Elson and Liz Goldwyn’s Vintage Vanguard charity auction, though none of the attendees took the vintage dress code quite as seriously as the hosts themselves.
