A week after the cancellation of Sean Saves the World, NBC has also canceled the similarly ratings-challenged Thursday night comedy The Michael J. Fox Show after airing 15 episodes, Variety reports. It was previously believed that the show would stick around a little longer given its original 22-episode order from the network, but it’s now unclear (though unlikely) whether or not NBC plans to air the remaining episodes. The Olympics will dominate the airtime for most of February, but NBC plans to replace The Michael J. Fox Show with Hollywood Game Night come February 27th, which paints a questionable picture for the future of NBC’s Thursday comedy lineup.
