Lifetime’s Saved by the Bell: The Unauthorized Story will feature horrendously scripted bickering, based on this clip from the upcoming TV-movie. No one really looks like the person he or she is portraying, and it’s not really fair to ask audiences to become emotionally invested in a push-up contest between a baby Mario Lopez and a baby Dustin Diamond. But here we are! The internet has somehow used up all the actual Saved by the Bell nostalgia, and now we are left only with this grotesquerie. Get nostalgic for something — anything — else, people.
