Everyone falls. But when famous people fall, it’s especially hilarious. We don’t mean pretty falling like Jennifer Lawrence at the Oscars, but ugly falling like President Gerald Ford slipping on the steps out of a plane or Destiny’s Child’s Michelle falling during a performance of “Soldier” with Beyoncé and Kelly looking askance. Now we can add Iggy Azalea to the latter list, after she fell off the stage during a performance of “Fancy” at a benefit concert before the VMAs. Fortunately, she was able to quickly get back up with the aid of security guards and finish the song. Don’t worry, Iggy fans, we’re not laughing at her, we’re laughing with her: She posted the falling clip on Instagram along with another of Elena Ora (Rita Ora’s sister) doing an impression of it. Along with this and the boa constrictor biting one of Nicki Minaj’s backup dancers during “Anaconda” yesterday, these VMAs promise to be the most entertaining yet.
