Somehow we blame Ariana Grande for this: Mariah Carey kicked off her Elusive Chanteuse world tour in Tokyo Saturday, and unfortunately it seems like her voice isn’t what it used to be. A number of fan-made videos circulating online this weekend showed the diva struggling to hit the high notes and even bungling some of the lyrics, with one Twitter user calling it “a wrap for Mariah Carey’s singing career.†(Don’t worry, Mariah, you’re still our most elusive chanteuse.)
