Workaholics’ Adam DeVine and Zac Efron are starring in a movie together. According to THR, DeVine has just signed on to join Efron in an upcoming Fox comedy called Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates directed by Funny or Die’s Jake Szymanski. The movie is based on the true story of Mike and Dave Stangle from Albany, New York, who tried to find wedding dates on Craigslist. The film will follow “the hard-partying and immature brothers putting out an ad for dates and coming across a pair of honeys that can out-party and out-immature our slovenly heroes.†Neighbors writers Andrew J. Cohen and Brendan O’Brien wrote the script.
