The latest trailer for Chad Hodge’s Wayward Pines aired during Empire’s season finale, and, yep, it still looks bat-shit crazy: kind of like an ice-cream-cone-wielding Lucious Lyon just runs Twin Peaks and there are a ton of inexplicable murders. (M. Night Shyamalan has had a hand in it, too.) The series premieres May 14 on Fox, with Matt Dillon’s Secret Service character trying to figure out how to get the heck out of this Shutter Island of a town.
