It’s a particularly important year for comedy at the Emmy Awards this year with talk and sketch/variety shows finally getting their own separate categories, resulting in way more opportunities for sketch shows like Inside Amy Schumer and Key and Peele to get some recognition aside mainstays like SNL and The Daily Show. The full list of nominees was just announced including a drama nomination for Bob Odenkirk (Better Call Saul) as well as noms for Amy Schumer, Amy Poehler, Will Forte, Louis C.K., Key and Peele, and tons more.
