Emmy winner Amy Schumer is about to add “bestselling author†to her long list of accomplishments. According to Entertainment Weekly, multiple publishers bid on a new book by Schumer on Friday, resulting deal that’s reportedly in the $8-10 million range. Publishers Weekly reported last week that the book “will explore Schumer’s childhood, how she got her big break in comedy, her family, and feminism.â€
UPDATE: According to Entertainment Weekly, the working title for Schumer’s book is The Girl with the Lower Back Tattoo. The book will be published by Simon & Schuster’s Gallery Books.
