The Daily Show with Trevor Noah just added three new correspondents ahead of its debut later this month. According to Variety, the show has officially added Ronny Chieng, Roy Wood Jr., and Desi Lydic as correspondents, joining Daily Show with Jon Stewart veteran correspondents/contributors Jordan Klepper, Jessica Williams, Hasan Minhaj, Lewis Black, John Hodgman, Al Madrigal, Aasif Mandvi, and Kristen Schaal.
Chieng is a standup comedian with an international background like Trevor Noah – according to his website he’s Chinese, was born in Malaysia, raised in New Hampshire and Singapore, and went to college in Australia. He’s toured with Bill Burr and recently performed at the Just For Laughs festival, and he currently resides in Melbourne, Australia. Wood Jr. is a comedian and radio personality from Birmingham, Alabama who recently guest starred on TBS’s Sullivan and Son, and Lydic currently stars in MTV’s Awkward.
The Daily Show with Trevor Noah makes its big debut on Monday, September 28th.
