One of the most bizarre photos ever to float around the annals of history now has suitably ridiculous backstory with Elvis & Nixon. Michael Shannon is the Elvis you really didn’t know you needed and Kevin Spacey is about as good at playing a weird, power-hungry president as you would expect Kevin Spacey to be (after all, the character is basically real-world Frank Underwood). Elvis & Nixon comes from the pen of Dread Pirate Roberts Cary Elwes and is directed by Liza Johnson. It’ll be slowly gyrating to theaters near you this April.
