FKA Twigs is one of the more magnetic performers of her generation; she’s a small-yet-mighty presence onstage who’s impossible to take your eyes off of. Jimmy Fallon learned that once again last night, when Twigs performed her lush new surprise single, “Good to Love,†on The Tonight Show. Just like the song, it starts off understated, with Twigs, dressed in a gorgeous Swarovski-encrusted white ensemble, singing alone on a small stage separate from her band, who are also all dressed in white and under the haze of disco lights. She’s practically frozen for most of the song, but it wouldn’t be Twigs if she didn’t eventually erupt in motion toward the end — demonstrating what it looks like when you always come to slay.
