Donald Glover is having a pretty good year. He just wrapped the first season of his critically acclaimed FX show Atlanta, entered the Marvel universe by joining the upcoming Spider-Man: Homecoming, and was cast as the beloved Lando Calrissian in the upcoming Star Wars Han Solo stand-alone film. And now, Glover’s rap alter ego Childish Gambino just dropped a funky new song, “Me and Your Mama,†which doubles as the sweeping lead track from his upcoming album Awaken, My Love!, due out December 2. This is Glover’s first new tune in a little over two years, and frankly, we’re just happy to have some positive news that involves the word “Donald†right now.
