Comedy Central’s new series from James Davis, Hood Adjacent, premieres next month, and today the network released the first promo. Originally put into development last year, the series follows the former Late Late Show writer as he “shares his perspective on the world he grew up in and the world he grew up next to†and “explores contemporary urban topics through a unique, hybrid style of comedy that bridges the gap between urban and mainstream comedy.†Check out the promo above, and catch the rest when the show premieres on Comedy Central Wednesday, June 28 at 9:00pm.
