Showtime’s new comedy produced by Jamie Foxx and starring Jay Pharoah, White Famous, doesn’t premiere until October 15th, but today the network made it easy to get a head start by releasing the full series premiere on YouTube. Ordered to series back in January, White Famous is loosely based on Foxx’s life and stars Pharoah as Floyd Mooney, “an up-and-coming comedian who is trying to maintain his credibility with African-American fans while crossing over to become ‘white famous.’†Check out the NSFW series premiere – featuring an appearance from Foxx – above before it officially debuts on Sunday, October 15th at 10:00pm followed by episode 2 at 10:30pm.
