A mere seven days ago on New Year’s Eve, an angelic Mariah Carey redeemed herself — and literally sipped some well-deserved tea — from her disastrous performance on Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve a year prior. (Ah, those were the days.) Just don’t try to talk to her about it after the fact, because she’s only living in the present. Hell, she may already be in the future. When nicely prodded by Ryan Seacrest on E! during the Golden Globes red carpet about her performance, Carey didn’t bite, dahling. “Well, can we not get into past moments? But it was a great feeling to be in New York especially,†she said. “I was so happy that we shared that moment together. It was really a fun moment.†It was!
