After pulling off something of an upset at the WGAs, Bo Burnham is almost set to begin production on his next feature. Deadline is reporting that Danielle Macdonald and Jaboukie Young-White are in talks to star in an upcoming comedy written and produced by Burnham. It was originally titled Gay Kid and Fat Chick, but it will be renamed before going into production. Macdonald most recently starred in Netflix’s Dumplin’ alongside Jennifer Aniston, and she also played that lady you felt really bad for in Bird Box. Young-White is a stand-up comedian and correspondent on The Daily Show. This is also set to be SMILF and Angie Tribeca director Amy York Rubin’s feature directing debut.
