The first season of AMC’s anthology series The Terror took place on a 19th-century British ship in the frozen seas of the Northwest Passage. The second season is set in a more contemporary kind of horrifying place: American internment camps during World War II. As U.S. citizens of Japanese descent are rounded up, one community grapples with a series of mysterious deaths. In the first trailer for The Terror: Infamy, you can see the meticulously recreated detention camps that the ten-episode season filmed in, where a character named Chester Nakayama (Derek Mio) tries to combat the evil responsible for killing people around him. The Terror: Infamy, which co-stars George Takei, debuts on August 12.
