Debra Messing (and her fabulous ginger mane) put her political feud with Susan Sarandon on temporary hold this weekend to give Donald Trump her full, unadulterated derision instead, after it was announced that the president would be attending a ritzy Beverly Hills fundraiser held during the week of the Emmys. “Please print a list of all attendees please,†she tweeted, among harsher sentiments. “The public has the right to know.†Trump, it seems, wasn’t too thrilled that Messing called attention to his Hollywood visit, and he relayed an anecdote about the two meeting during their halcyon days at NBC.

As a fun reminder, Messing earned an Emmy for her comedic work on Will & Grace. Trump received zero for The Apprentice.

The president rehashed the drama early in the morning on September 5, subtweeting choice words about the, again, Emmy Award–winning actress. “Bad ‘actress’ Debra The Mess Messing is in hot water. She wants to create a “Blacklist†of Trump supporters, & is being accused of McCarthyism. Is also being accused of being a Racist because of the terrible things she said about blacks and mental illness. If Roseanne Barr.…†he continues in another tweet. “….said what she did, even being on a much higher rated show, she would have been thrown off television.†Doesn’t he have other things to worry about, like falsifying a weather report?
