MTV has green-lit the two spinoffs of its ever-more-pervasive Jersey Shore franchise. The very exciting Untitled Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi and Jenni “JWOWW” Farley Project will follow Snooki and JWOWW “when the vacation is over,” and the Untitled Paul “DJ Pauly D” DelVecchio Project follows Pauly D’s music career. Recall that Jersey Shore executive producer Sally Ann Salsano described these shows as being like Laverne & Shirley and The Hangover, respectively. Both are scheduled to debut in 2012. What, no show for the Situation?
