Adult Swim has picked up Dan Harmon’s animated series Rick and Morty, about an inventor grandfather and his grandson sidekick. Harmon created the series with frequent collaborator Justin Roiland, who tweeted that the show would be ten half-hour episodes that will premiere in late 2013. This is just one of Harmon’s post-Community projects: He’s developing a sitcom for CBS, another one for Fox, and he’s working on a movie with Charlie Kaufman. Busy, busy!
