Jimmy Kimmel is headed to his hometown for a week of Jimmy Kimmel Live shows this October. According to THR, Kimmel will return to Brooklyn for a week of shows at the Brooklyn Academy of Music from Monday, October 19th through Friday the 23rd. Both The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and The Late Show with Stephen Colbert are scheduled to be off the air that week. Jimmy Kimmel Live last came to Brooklyn in 2012 at the worst possible time during Hurricane Sandy, which forced the Kimmel crew to cancel the first show of the week.
