Hulkamania is getting a Norse-god–tier freshening up. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Chris Hemsworth will star as Hulk Hogan in a new biopic about the iconic professional wrestler, which is set to be directed by Todd Phillips and made for Netflix. The movie, which does not yet have a title, is said to be an origin story focusing on Hogan’s rise to superstardom, and won’t get into the messiness of modern-era Hulk — which includes a reality-TV show with his family and the sex-tape scandal that ended up destroying Gawker and landing him a payout worth millions of dollars. So if you were hoping for sensation, you’ll have to settle for the phenomenon that was Hulkamania.
