Stan accounts are going to have a lot more footage to work with. Paralympic track-and-field athlete Hunter Woodhall won a gold medal during the men’s 400-meter T62 competition in Paris on September 6. As he crossed the finish line into victory, Woodhall ripped off his name tag and showed off a message for his late uncle to the camera that read, “Wyatt Woodhall, this is for you.†This comes a few weeks after his wife, Olympian Tara Davis-Woodhall, won her gold medal in the women’s long jump. Hunter gave the same energy back to his wife when he won, running directly toward her after securing gold. It’s truly written in the fan-fiction stars. Hunter is bringing home two medals total; his second medal he earned earlier this week for the mixed 4-by-100-meter universal relay. Hopefully, all three medals will make an appearance on their YouTube channel.
