The membership perks of Taylor Swift’s girl gang are well-known and countless: vintage nightgowns, sleepovers, road trips, unwavering support and endorsement of all your professional endeavors. Elizabeth Olsen understands what this club is, and reveals that she tried, and failed, to gain entry. “I talked to her for, like, a long time,” she said on The Late Late Show. “I think I blew it because we didn’t exchange phone numbers or anything.”
We’d urge Swift to reconsider this membership bid. The third Olsen is kind of a perfect fit for the gang: young, starry, pretty, stylish, cool but approachable. Couldn’t Taylor promote Lorde and enlist Olsen as her new handmaiden?
