At Sunday night’s 31st annual Screen Actors Guild Awards in Los Angeles, Pamela Anderson, who was nominated for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Leading Role for The Last Showgirl, appeared on the red carpet showcasing a minimalistic interpretation of old-Hollywood glam. The actress wore a flow-y white one-shoulder Dior gown accessorized with Pandora diamonds, topped off with quaffed vintage-Hollywood-inspired waves and no makeup. The actress achieved her bare-faced glow with skincare products from her own Sonsie Skin and a bit gloss thanks to the brand’s nourishing balm.

Just a week before the SAG Awards, Anderson showed off a similar barefaced look at the 2025 BAFTAS wearing a white off-the-shoulder Jacquemus gown with flowing hair and no makeup. But Anderson’s sans-makeup look isn’t anything new and has become somewhat of a signature beauty staple for the star, who has comfortably adapted the au naturel face over the past few years amid her Hollywood resurgence — not only on red carpets but in fashion’s front rows (remember how she famously “shocked the masses” while going makeup-free during Paris Fashion Week in 2023?) and even in her Pandora Jewelry campaign, where the actress showed off a glowing but minimally made-up face.

But Anderson, the co-founder of the vegan Sonsie Skin company, doesn’t completely hate makeup. In a 2024 interview with People, Anderson told the outlet that she’ll occasionally wear the stuff, but it’s not a necessity in her day-to-day life. “I love to wear makeup, too, sometimes,” she said at the time. “It has a time and a place. I just feel in my personal life, it just didn’t really make sense.” That makes sense to us!

Makeup or no makeup, Anderson has shined throughout a whirlwind awards season with Golden Globe, SAG, and BAFTA nominations for her performance in the Gia Coppola–directed showgirl film.
