In times of emotional turmoil, it’s good to dig into a new project. Taylor Swift, a newly single rich person, is apparently renovating her $19 million Tribeca apartment. In the meantime, she’s renting a little place in the West Village for $4,000 … uh, wait, no, $40,000 a month.
TMZ reports that Swift has moved into a four-floor townhouse owned by Soho House chief technology officer David Aldea. It has a two-story patio, a private garage, and an indoor pool. There are five bedrooms, one of which may or may not be reserved for Karlie Kloss. You can see some grainy photos of the place here.
