For this week’s Scene Stealers, street-style photographer Sam Horine roamed the Brooklyn Museum’s Target First Saturday’s December party. Carole Pope performed, performance artist Shelly Mars did stand-up, and DJ Laylo spun “the divas of hip-hop and soul” for the beloved dance-party portion of the evening.
