A court in Paris convicted John Galliano of anti-Semitic slurs, but he will not serve jail time. He was issued a suspended €4,000 fine (meaning he’ll have to pay if he screws up again) for slinging anti-Semitic insults at a couple in a Paris café and was ordered to pay the two plaintiffs a symbolic €1. He was also issued a suspended €2,000 fine for a separate incident in October of 2010, which is not the one captured so shockingly in a video filmed in December of last year.
