Florence Welch wore a gold barnacle lace gown from Alexander McQueen’s spring 2012 collection to the Harper’s Bazaar Women of the Year Awards in London last night. She modified the runway version by adding long sleeves and accessorized with a McQueen ivory knuckle clutch.
