For the taping of The Voice’s “battle rounds,” currently airing on NBC, judge Christina Aguilera picked a futuristic-looking fascinator to accent her curls and plunging neckline. The shiny circular piece covered in little crystals is a hat to make other hats whimper and curse their milliners for not having gaudier instincts — except it’s not actually a hat at all! It’s a Sonia Rykiel–designed headband. Or a sparkly Frisbee, if you’d prefer.
