Can you believe it took Gwyneth Paltrow over three weeks to talk about her Oscar cape/gown combo on GOOP? But then again, it’s not like anyone was going to scoop Gwyneth on a story about herself. Anyway, here’s what we learned about her pre-Oscars day: She worked out with her trainer in the morning, then got her roots dyed, then got dressed, then almost decided to wear her hair in a bun — suspense! — and then went with a ponytail instead. (But you knew that already.)
