Carey Mulligan Puts Her Met Gala Dress on eBay

Carey Mulligan is selling her Met Gala dress on eBay, with all proceeds going to Oxfam America. Because really, what was she going to do with that old thing  — a custom Prada halter dress made of silver and gold metal paillettes — anyway? The auction went live late last night with a starting price of $500, and miraculously, there haven’t been any bids yet. The dress’s approximate size is 38–40 (that’s a 2–4 in the U.S.). The auction will close on Saturday, May 19, and the dress will be delivered to the top bidder by June 11. Just in time for all your summer weddings!
