Dries van Noten went full throttle with mismatched prints on his spring 2013 runway. While this look’s daring combination of plaid shirt, dark floral pants, black-and-white checked shoes, and metallic houndstooth jacket could have easily turned clownish by any other hand, the result was something edgy, grungy, and je m’en fou (I just don’t care) in the best possible way.
