Peekaboo effects have been seen all over the spring 2013 runways, but none quite like Marchesa’s white silk fringe dress — shown on Jessica Stam, no less. We would call it a walking burlesque act if it didn’t look so classy majestic paired with an elegant Victorian collar embellished with striking milk-stone facets and pearly white cabochons.
