Karl Lagerfeld weighed in on French President François Hollande’s proposed same-sex marriage bill at the spring 2013 Chanel Haute Couture show in Paris earlier today — ending it with not one bride, as is couture tradition, but a pair of female models holding hands. The couple walked down the runway with Karl’s godson Hudson Kroenig, who appeared terrified, probably since this looks like what might happen if The Shining girls grew up and got married, and not because lesbians are scary.
