
Stephen Fry, the British man who’s reviving the stage adaptation of Oscar Wilde’s The Importance of Being Earnest in London and taking on the role of the dour Lady Bracknell, is “in talks” with a few designers to fashion together his character’s costumes, the Daily Mail reports. Allegedly, he’s currently pursuing Roland Mouret, Sarah Burton, and most notably, John Galliano. While it’s clear one of Fry’s top priorities is about looking good in drag — there’s a bigger matter at hand. Will Galliano’s rebirth into the world of fashion be in the form of costumes?
