Yesterday in Los Angeles, the Hart of Dixie actress attended a Summer TCA Party in a short white dress covered in sequins by 3.1 Phillip Lim. The sleeveless mini, featuring a swirly pattern of blue, green, and white paillettes of various sizes, not only helped her resemble and possess the scene-stealing powers of a peacock, but also gave her the look of a young, spry figure skater. She added silver peep-toe heels to her outfit and tied her hair back into a sleek ponytail, which looked great.
