Starting tomorrow at 9 p.m., the Sundance Channel will air the first of a four-episode special hosted by Elle creative director Joe Zee. In Revealing: Extravagance, Zee will peel back the layers of fashion to sort out why, exactly, modern society is addicted to lavish, brand-name goods. A few of the fashion faces that will join Zee on the show include Iman, Zac Posen, Narciso Rodriguez, Carolina Herrera, Andrej Pejic, China Machado, and the Cut’s editorial director, Stella Bugbee. Tune in to see how luxury items — like a pair of Louboutin heels and a Birkin — can affect people both physically and emotionally. And a bonus: There will be footage of self-proclaimed fashion addicts stampeding browsing through the Elle fashion closet.
