Yesterday, the Girls actress took up the Fashion Week torch, following Allison Williams’s example by making her first appearance at Eyebeam Studios for the Honor show. Mamet looked delightful in a short, purplish-pink floral-printed brocade dress with a curious bib-like neckline from the line’s fall 2013 collection that Shoshanna would totally adore. It even shimmers in the sunlight. She swiped on a bright pop of pink on her lips to match her dress, shielded her eyes with clear circular sunnies, and wore the pointiest hot-pink flats, also by Honor. With a front-row seat and a history of wearing the brand at red carpet events, perhaps Mamet’s pursuing a deal to be the face of Honor? They should probably start heavily advertising, just so we can see that.
