Miley continued her streak of denim on denim last night on The Tonight Show — though her conservative chambray, buttoned up well past her cleavage, was quite a bit tamer than the jean bralet she sported for her MTV Unplugged performance earlier this week. In fact, Miley looks like any suburban teenager who’s just realized that pairing hip-huggers with her strappy prom sandals makes for a casual, adult look. Accessorized with a silver chain belt, the overall effect is an intriguing hybrid of fashion from the nineties and now — which, we’d say, suits her well.
