Today, McQ released a series of dark and grisly ads shot by Steven Klein. Declan Cullen and Sean Semmens of the band Coastal Cities are featured in one shot, sitting side-by-side in matching red-and-black-print shirts with dewy skin and pensive looks, giving off a rocker-glam vibe. Another shot features a model in white clown makeup with black eye makeup that looks like smudged mascara — or perhaps, vaguely like the Joker gone high fashion.
