Last night in London, Lily Allen celebrated the launch of her new album Sheezus by wearing a tutu-like pink tulle bandeau top. For a casual concert-to-after-party outfit change, the sparkly-sweatpants aficionado swapped out the iridescent drawstring pants she wore to perform for a pair of baby-blue low-waisted jeans, adding a pink hoodie to cover her shoulders. She finished off the teenybopper look with rainbow acrylics and a pair of light-up platform sneakers.
