
Since Jil Sander departed her own label for the third time, speculation about whether a successor would even be named has raged, with some industry sources saying “the business is done.” But today, the brand announced that Rodolo Paglialunga will assume the role of creative director. Paglialunga has an impressive CV: he previously served as women’s design director at Prada and creative director for Vionnet. He will present his first show this September at Milan Fashion Week for the spring 2015 season.
