Last April, Calvin Klein re-issued Christy Turlington’s classic 1995 ad for Eternity Calvin Klein, a Peter Lindbergh shot with model Mark Vanderloo. Now, to announce Turlington’s return to the brand, images of a new campaign have been released — and, from the looks of it, the 2014 version is just as sexy as the first. Shot by Inez Van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matatin, it features Turlington lounging comfortably on the chest of husband, Edward Burns, on the sand in Turks and Caicos in a scoop-back bathing suit. Burns seems to make a comfy alternative to a beach chair, and Turlington explains, “This is my new favorite Eternity Calvin Klein campaign of all time.” (For one week in May, proceeds of all limited-edition bottles of Eternity Calvin Klein will also benefit Turlington’s charity supporting maternal health, Every Mother Counts.) The new ad campaign will debut in June.
