Yesterday Dakota Fanning ferried out to Chanel’s private island in Dubai to enjoy the brand’s annual cruise-collection extravaganza. For the decadent occasion, Fanning wore a flapper-esque dress from Chanel’s spring couture line, featuring one of those peculiar, stomach-defining tubes of fabric around the waist and stripes of shiny blue, green, and brown feathers. She accessorized the heavy plumage with a boxy silver clutch and beachy hairdo.
