Yesterday, Irina Shayk showed up to the Cannes premiere of The Search wearing head-to-toe neon yellow, including a matching hood. Her fluorescent gown — from Versace’s Grace Jones–inspired spring 2014 couture collection — featured long sleeves and a flowing tube of fabric draped from mid-skull to belly button, framing a bedazzled corset. Complete with a sleek center-part and thigh-high leg slit, Shayk looked like the uncanny, incarnate fusion of Lady Gaga and Rihanna.
