That sexy alien pixie thing is continuing to work for Pamela Anderson. She arrived in Cannes today with a wonderful-looking grown-out pixie. Maybe it’s because she’s on French soil, but with big, dark sunglasses, a Saint Laurent bag, an off-the-shoulder dress cinched at the waist, and a jaunty autograph pen in hand, she looked undeniably Marilyn Monroe–like. Further proof that to formally style a short cut, you don’t need to go swoopy or midwestern mom.
