Yesterday, in Milan, Anna Dello Russo attended the Etro menswear show wearing a sheer black Christopher Kane spring 2014 dress decorated with anatomically detailed flower diagrams as well as the words flower and petal. She paired the horticulture-themed dress with a pair of Sophia Webster pink-and-green winged sandals — really doubling down on the flower-power look — and accessorized with a boxy blue bag shaped like a takeout container and decorated with cartoon bugs. Later in the afternoon, she swapped out the botanical ensemble for a plain black dress, opaque sunglasses, and a Fendi bag with its own personal raincoat.
