Last night, Jemima Kirke showed up at the Metropolitan Opera season opening with pink hair — making her the third Girls cast member to play fast and loose with hair dye in the past month (both Lena Dunham and Zosia Mamet recently transitioned to blonde bobs). Kirke’s flowing, pink-tinged locks (which seem to have faded somewhat since her initial dye job a few weeks ago) coordinated nicely with the flowers on her dress, for a look that was, fortunately, more woodland fairy than plastic unicorn toy.
